The Youth In Property Association (YIPA) are mindful of the structural gaps that exist in the property sector. The biggest bottleneck is getting enough funding to encourage project packaging, planning, implementation and post-maintenance as well as support. The funding gap is caused by many reasons, though there is a growing appetite for funding in South Africa and the African continent at large.
Join the YIPA as they kickstart their Youth Month Series with Trust for Urban Housing Finance (TUHF) on levelling the playing field and exploring funding opportunities for the youth.
The Trust for Urban Housing Finance is a specialised commercial property financing company that finances property investors exclusively in inner cities. TUHF finance property entrepreneurs in their purchase, refurbishment of rental properties and focus on affordable rental housing.
