A detailed and informed feasibility study is the keystone of any successful property development. This module will review the important components that make up a feasibility study and demonstrate how to apply the theory to a real-life case study, including the important concepts around financing a property development.

Cancellation will only be accepted if done so in writing and 72 hours before an event. Unfortunately delegates who do not cancel in time will be held liable for the amount outstanding, even if they have not attended. “No-shows” will be charged the full amount, unless cancellation has been received in due time.
