SAPOA’s Property Finance Programme, in partnership with the University of Johannesburg, is for new entrants to the commercial and/or industrial property sectors with no formal experience or knowledge of the financial concepts.
On completion, students will be able to apply the knowledge learnt into their working careers as financial practitioners in their industries.
This course’s modules include:
- An introduction to the financial and accounting environment.
- Working capital management.
- An introduction to the ‘time value of money’.
- Customer identity
A Matric certificate is required for this course.
