The residential rentals course is beneficial to both experienced and inexperienced agents. The course consists of two parts, legislation and practical aspects to rentals. Legislation such as the Rental Act and Unfair Practices Regulations as well as certain sections of the Consumer Protection Act is explained and made easy to understand.
In-depth discussions and insights revolving around the practical “How To” of rentals is covered on the second day. The training material consists of a comprehensive manual, a sample lease agreement as well as management agreement. An electronic certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the course.
