Little Princess Vlei Cape Town Retirement Village consists of a development of 14 elegant, free-hold homes set in a secure estate on the edge of Little Princess Vlei in Elfindale.
It is suited for residents over the age of 50 who want to scale down or are planning for their retirement. This retirement village in Cape Town is being developed by well-known property personality, Quentin Pavitt, who lives on the adjoining site.
The second phase of the development is being sold off plan, with transfer of the plots scheduled to kick off during October 2018. The homes are affordably priced from R2,050,000 to R2,500,000, with a monthly levy of R2,000. Interest has been intense with only five units remaining for sale.
The units offer built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom, guest loo, open plan lounge/dining room and a modern fitted kitchen. Homes are secured on a freehold plot and range from 80 to 100 square metres, which includes a garage that is plumbed for a washing machine and offers direct access into the home.
There will also be a Care Service Provider available at an additional cost to offer in-home care and support for frail or infirm residents who prefer to enjoy estate living and a better quality of life.
