Educational requirements to become a Property Practitioner:
- FETC: Real Estate NQF Level 4 Qualification
- EAAB Logbook
New Dimensions Training has conveniently integrated the two educational requirements, in order to complete them both within one year.
The FETC: Real Estate NQF Level 4 Qualification is to be completed by:
- Candidate Practitioners who entered the industry after 15 July 2008
- Anyone who is interested in entering the real estate industry
Entry Requirements to the NQF 4 Qualification:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Grade 12 Mathematics and two South African Languages
If you do not have the one or both of the above, you will be required to complete the Literacy or Numeracy Fundamental Unit standards or both at an extra nominal cost. This will be discussed at the registration process.
The Candidate Practitioner will be required to be under the mentorship of a Property Practitioner or Principal Practitioner who has continuously held a valid FFC, (issued by the PPRA) for a period of no less than 3 years.
Modules covered in the FETC: Real Estate NQF Level 4 Qualification:
- Learning Unit 1 Analyze, evaluate and apply the Real Estate code of conduct and ethics
- Learning Unit 2 Demonstrate knowledge of the real estate environment and various laws, rules and regulations that impact on the real estate function
- Learning Unit 3 Real Estate Practice
The programme runs over a 10-month period as follows and includes:
- 3 Contact Sessions
- 1 EAAB Logbook Compilation Session
- All training material provided at no extra cost
- New Dimensions Training facilitator support throughout the entire learning process
- Formative & Summative Assessments included
- Our training material overlaps and greatly assists the Candidate Practitioner with the completion of the EAAB Logbook
- Assessments and Moderation (Internal & External) to SSETA Certification
