This course is designed to accommodate new and experienced agents.

It is divided into two sections:  ‘Legal’ on Day 1 and ‘Practical’ on Day 2.

Day 1:

All the relevant acts are carefully explained with illustrative cases as to how they apply.

Day 2:

The practical day when relevant case studies are examined and discussed together using the relevant legislation as a foundation.

  • A sample lease and management agreement will be handed out and explained.
  • A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the second day for professional development.

  • Qualifying new tenants.
  • Deposits.
  • Inspections.
  • Payment of rent & rent increases.
  • Receipts.
  • Repairs & maintenance.
  • Evictions etc.

Vivien Marks (who conducts the course) has had many years of residential rental experience and is able to pass on much practical knowledge which will help attendees to understand and manage their task of renting property in a more professional way.
