Eileen Andrew, Vice President: Client Coverage at MSCI South Africa, will present the latest results, setting the scene for the panel of experts to unpack the impact that green certification has for the investor; and investigate the return on investment of green certified building, looking at cash flows and valuations.
About the MSCI SA Green Property Index
The Index, in conjunction with GBCSA and sponsored by Growthpoint Properties, highlights the market impact of green-certified investments in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Released annually since 2016, it is the only such index in South Africa using local data as evidence, and provides an independent, globally consistent view of the performance of green-certified and non-certified offices.
