Cape Town’s commercial property professionals joined SAPOA’s Western Cape Regional Chapter recently in celebration of yearend at Redefine’s premium grade Black River Park in Observatory.
Black River Park is SA’s greenest office precinct, boasting a large roof-mounted solar PV system with many of its buildings Green Star rated and the development offers 75 000m2 of lettable space which includes the premium grade North Park.
