Cape Town’s commercial property professionals joined SAPOA’s Western Cape Regional Chapter recently in celebration of yearend at Redefine’s premium grade Black River Park in Observatory.

Black River Park is SA’s greenest office precinct, boasting a large roof-mounted solar PV system with many of its buildings Green Star rated and the development offers 75 000m2 of lettable space which includes the premium grade North Park.

Often it is said that property is just more than just brick and mortar – it also about creating spaces that bring people together – like this evening,” said Samantha Lambert, GM at Redefine Properties.

These events are not just an opportunity to talk about market trends and deals but also a chance to connect with others who share a common passion, drive, and vision for the property sector. For this, Redefine Properties is thankful to SAPOA.”

Whether an investor, developer, broker, tenant, or service provider, your presence to these events adds to the wealth of knowledge, collaboration, and innovation that will shape and drive forward the future of our shared interests in the commercial real estate sector.”

By attending, you are not only growing your personal network, but you are also contributing to the collective success of our field. Redefine’s teams are excited to forge new partnerships, and we encourage you to do the same. In partnership with SAPOA, Redefine are committed to fostering growth and sustainability in our industry.”
