Some of the City of Cape Town’s prime properties are going on auction in an upcoming round of public sales taking place on the 23rd of November 2023.
The assets include 12 commercial and industrial sites totalling 86 271m2 with a further 21 land parcels for residential use as well as a unique commercial development opportunity for a prime vacant site in Century City, a chance to secure and build call centre offices, company headquarters and/or a medical facility.
Also on the list are an assortment of improved properties which unlock rare access to assets within the confines of the City Bowl. The majority of these residential and business sites were previously acquired by the City for road widening purposes.
