The Revo[lution] of Property: leading consultancy firm, Evo Property, rebrands

Evo Property, specialists in residential and commercial real estate marketing, sales, asset management, and property development, have officially relaunched as Revo Property.

The tech-enabled business was founded in 2015 by Emanuel Germanis in response to a lack of core services offered to the market and it has since emerged as one of South Africa’s fastest growing asset management, off-plan development consultancy, and property brokerage firms.

Along with co-founders Matthew McWilliams and Stephan Germanis, the formidable trio have grown a team of 50 plus property professionals include advisors, brokers, and property managers who are all leaders in the residential and commercial property landscape with combined skills and knowledge including finance, property law and compliance, negotiations, valuations, investment management, architecture, and overall property management.
