Property Wheel is excited to announce its official partnership with the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioner’s (SAIBPP) WITS Student Chapter.
Established in 1996, the SAIBPP is a leading national voluntary professional association that represents +2 500 members from the property sector and the built environment, addressing the under-representation of black people in the commercial real estate industry.
The association is led by CEO, Kululwa Muthwa with the support of an experienced board of directors, committee members and employees.

We are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration with a reputable and successful organisation that will continue to transform the property sector for our WITS SAIBPP members.”
The first initiative is ‘Fun Fact Friday’ whereby the student chapter aims to keep its members updated on the property sector by sharing recent headlines from Property Wheel’s website.
The second initiative is ‘First Fridays’ (starting on the 2nd of June 2023) where Property Wheel will feature a WITS SAIBPP member’s article across its platforms.
Property Wheel’s bi-weekly newsletter is read by property brokers, property managers, property owners and investors, property developers, estate agents, analysts, fund managers, asset managers, bankers and lenders, tenants and/or occupiers and other real estate industry professionals and leaders which will provide the students with the opportunity to gain exposure to the industry and to develop their skills.
