During Q4 2022, South Africa’s office vacancy rate improved once again after peaking at an all-time high of 16.7% during Q2.
According to the SAPOA Office Vacancy Survey for Q4 2022, the overall office vacancy rate at quarter-end was 16.1% – down 30 basis points quarter-on-quarter.
