Regus flexible office space opening its doors in Orion’s Promenade Centre in Nelspruit

Commercial property developer and management firm, Orion Real Estate Ltd, is collaborating with International Workplace Group (IWG) on a flexible workspace offering in the Promenade Centre in Nelspruit.

The partnership will open a Regus professional workspace that will provide commercial clients with affordable, fully equipped, modern office space in one of the primary shopping malls in the Mbombela district.

This project provides businesses in the Nelspruit area with the opportunity to rent modern, upmarket, fully serviced office space in the bustling central business district with easy access to all transport nodes. It offers an ideal starting commercial space for emerging entrepreneurs across a range of fields, while also providing corporates, government departments and agencies with the opportunity to rent flexible office space and meeting rooms as required. All offices are equipped with everything that small and larger commercial clients require in a serviced office, from modern furniture to high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity,” says Franz Gmeiner, founder, and CEO of Orion Real Estate Ltd.

Partnerships like this allow companies to scale back their owned or leased property, reducing their overheads and providing them with an agility that most traditional contracts can’t match”, he adds.

Orion Real Estate Ltd has 17 years development experience in Nelspruit which includes the redevelopment of the 22 000m2 Promenade Centre. The firm owns 100% of the property, which comprises the shopping centre, office, and medical suites.

The strength of the Regus brand, coupled with our vision of becoming a global player in the property space, cements this first franchise partnership as a practice run. Once the 800m2 flexible office space solution in the Promenade Centre is settled successfully, we plan to engage with IWG to partner on more sites in South Africa. We are very proud to be associated with IWG and are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial business relationship,” concludes Gmeiner.
