Architects registered with the South African Council for Architectural Profession (SACAP) are encouraged to attend weekly virtual workshops associated with the City of Joburg’s recently launched Construction Permit Management System (CPMS).
The CPMS is specifically designed for building permit purposes, intended to modernise, and streamline the current Site Development and Building Plan approval processes.
As primary users of the system, architects are required to submit all building plans using their professional credentials, which automatically align to SACAP’s database to confirm if they are in good standing.
The purpose of the workshops is to assist in registering, creating personal profiles, and to make use of the platform as it is being rolled out.
The workshops will run until Friday, the 8th of April 2022:
Friday, 18th of February (11:00am – 13:00pm)
Friday, 25th of February (10:00am – 12:00pm)
