Recognising distinction in property development
SAPOA is excited to once again invite entries for the 2022 Property Development Awards for Innovative Excellence, the most prestigious programme of its kind within the South African commercial real estate industry. The awards acknowledge and recognize some of the most innovative property developments that contribute towards the enhancement of our built environment.
SAPOA is constantly interrogating their categories and improving the criteria to ensure that all building types are acknowledged. The 2022 entry categories vary from Corporate and Commercial Office Developments to Industrial, International, Residential and Mixed-use Developments and having recently introduced categories for Rural & Small-town Developments, Retail Refurbishments, and Interiors Awards.
The Overall Awards include the Transformation award, Heritage award, Green award and the Overall winner.
These awards are showcased at the SAPOA Annual convention and Property Networking, with the winners announced and celebrated at the convention dinner.
All awards are featured in the 7th Edition of the 2021/22 SAPOA Innovative Excellence coffee table book.
