Delta Property Fund has appointed Siyabonga Mbanjwa as its permanent CEO with effect from the 1st of February 2022.
Mbanjwa, a seasoned executive with more than twenty-four years’ experience in the construction and property sector, will replace interim CEO, Bongi Masinga.
He holds a Master of Science degree and an MBA, having occupied roles at Old Mutual Properties, Crowie Holdings, SENER, and most recently, he occupied the role of MD of Pace Property Group.
To ensure continuity, finalisation of discussions underway and in keeping with transitional arrangements, Masinga will remain in an executive role for a period of up to 12 months.
