Participants’ privacy is of the utmost importance to SAPOA, and they take great care in the protection of personal information. SAPOA follows the requirements of the GDPR and POPI Act, SAMRA and ESOMAR’s code on Market and Social Research. Responses are confidential and anonymized unless consent to being identified is granted.
