The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) requests bids (BID RFP005/2021) from landowners and/or property developers to avail serviced stands located within the Gauteng province for acquisition and development consideration.
Briefing session
A non-compulsory briefing session will take place via Microsoft Teams on Monday, the 26th of April 2021 at 11:00am.
Prospective bidders are requested to submit their email addresses to tenders@gpf.org.za between the 14th and 22nd of April 2021 to receive an invitation to the briefing session.
Bids
Bid documents will be available from Friday, the 9th of April 2021 here. All bids must be physically delivered to the Gauteng Partnership Fund (first floor tender box, 82 Grayston Drive, Sandton, 2196).
Closing date
Friday, 7th of May 2021 at 11:00am (late bids will not be accepted)

About the Gauteng Partnership Fund:
Founded in 2002, the Gauteng Partnership Fund is a schedule 3C Public Entity which is 100% owned by the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements.
The fund’s initial mandate focused on the social housing market and over the years it has evolved to include affordable housing with its key mandate to attract public and private sector capital into the low-income housing sector.
The Gauteng Partnership Fund’s core mandate is to serve as the funding and implementation agent for integrated, sustainable human settlement developments in the Gauteng city region and it acts as the custodian of strategic provincial and/or property transferred to it for effective immovable asset management and the coordinated, efficient implementation of mega human settlement developments.
The fund offers innovative funding products designed to share project risk with the private sector.
