Since November 2020, Balwin Properties’ residential property, Wedgewood Sandton, has achieved record sales of R1 billion sold in just seven weeks.
These sales equated to R22.2 million in sales per day over the period which is a rate of scale that South Africa has not witnessed before. This record is significant for the property market, especially during a period where the industry welcomes positive news and buyer confidence.
Another significant factor of the continued rate of sale is that the design of the building is such that there will be desirable purchasing opportunities right up until the final apartments are sold.
