CBRE Excellerate has announced its appointment as the single property management partner by the Gyro Group for its Properties and Towers Portfolio.
Under the terms of the contract, CBRE Excellerate will provide a comprehensive property and utilities management service for Gyro Group, a subsidiary of Telkom – a leading information and Technology (ICT) provider in South Africa. The mandate includes advising on property strategy, valuations and transactions; providing services to the general and retail buildings, IT data centres, mast and towers and network buildings located nationally across Gyro Group’s seven regions. This will include in excess of 14,681 buildings, masts and towers, land and parking areas.
