Attacq Limited has announced that PSG Wealth is set to move into one of its new developments, The Ingress.
PSG Wealth will be taking up residency in Building 1 of The Ingress, a four-storey building comprising of 4 376 square meters. The lease will commence in August 2019. PSG is the latest in a long line of blue-chip firms choosing to make Waterfall home.
The Ingress is a five-building office precinct in close proximity to the Mall of Africa and Allandale road. It is the latest in a long line of developments that include the iconic PwC Tower, BMW Regional Distribution Centre, Cummins head office and currently under construction, Deloitte Headquarters, to name a few. The new office precinct will offer a high-quality corporate office park experience which will encompass the very best in urban design and sustainability principles.
