Self storage property fund, Stor-Age is on track to complete their latest property in Craighall by the third quarter of 2019.
The group concluded the transaction for development and the acquisition of the property in December last year. The property will have a total gross lettable area of 6 610 square meters and it is expected to cost R114 million in development.
Uniquely locating on Jan Smuts Avenue, the development will serve the greater areas of Hyde Park, Craighall, Craighall Park, Dunkeld and Hurlingham.
