SAPOA Attacq Innovative Excellence Awards

Attacq Limited won two awards at this year’s South African Property Owners Association Awards for Innovative Excellence. The fund received the ‘Best Commercial Office Development Award‘ for the PwC Tower and the ‘Best Industrial Development Award‘ for the BMW Regional Distribution Centre. 

The iconic PwC Tower was awarded top honors in the ‘Commercial Office Development‘ category.

The R1.7 billion skyscraper is located between Midrand and Woodmead and it comprises of 45 223 square meters of offices, designed to house approximately three thousand five hundred PwC employees.

The ultra-modern BMW Regional Distribution Centre facility comprises of thirty-two thousand square meters with its own tyre store, battery changing facilities and a state-of-the-art hazardous store.
