Cape Town Central City Improvement District (CCID) has been conducting annual online residential surveys since 2013 with people living in the CBD and its immediate surrounding areas. The latest – the 2017 Online Residential Survey – has just been launched.
We invite residents in the Central City itself and in the streets immediately neighbouring onto the CBD to participate, as we believe that most of these residents are living in this area to be as close as possible to their downtown, whether they come here to work or study daily, or to enjoy what the CBD has to offer them in their down time.
Besides asking their opinion on where and how they live, we also want to find out where they spend their leisure hours and, of course, where they do their shopping, as this in turn enables us either to confirm that the right mix exists where it does, and encourage the development of new opportunities where these are needed.
– CCID CEO Tasso Evangelinos
By giving the CCID input on the Cape Town Central City’s residential environment participants will also be given the chance to win one of three cash prizes in a draw:
• First prize: R1 500
• Second prize: R1 000
• Third prize: R500
The 2017 CCID Residential Survey is currently accessible online and will be open until end of business on Friday 8 December 2017. To participate, visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/CCIDSurvey2017
