Construction of the new K101 Spec Warehouse situated on Waterfall’s Distribution Campus is complete. The warehouse, which is visible from the K101 and Allandale intersection is an important milestone in the development of the precinct as a logistics hub.
The Distribution Campus, which forms part of the rapidly developing Waterfall node, is perfect for businesses seeking to be more efficient and productive, consolidating regional operations and bringing together multiple divisions in the value chain under one roof. Situated close to major transit infrastructure – is it easily accessible from the Buccleuch interchange and located off Allandale Road. In addition to this, proximity to major bus and taxi routes provide ease of access to businesses located at the Distribution Campus.
The warehouse itself is an impressive structure of 7 366m² which sits on a land area of 17 289m². It consists of a double storey office component of 1 057m² with the apex of the warehouse component reaching 13.5m and 135 open parking bays.
