Newly listed Spear REIT Limited has appointed Sean McCarthy as a non-executive director to the Board of Directors of the company.
Spear REIT Limited Chief Executive Officer Mike Flax comments, “The appointment of Sean McCarthy emanated out of the Mega Park Industrial Estate acquisition that Spear announced earlier this year. Many industry commentators have noted that the redevelopment of the former South African Nylon Spinners (SANS) manufacturing & distribution facility by Mr McCarthy has been one of the most successful industrial redevelopments undertaken in the Cape in recent years.”
With a wealth of property knowledge, McCarthy has in excess of 30 years of experience relating to various aspects of property development across the industrial, commercial and residential sector.
