JSE specialist shopping centre REIT Hyprop is pleased to announce that global retailer H&M is opening a flagship store at Canal Walk shopping centre.
The two-level 4 600m² store is well located in the centre and will be opening on 18 November. The space being taken up by H&M was previously occupied by Stuttafords who vacated at the end of May 2017. CEO Pieter Prinsloo says: “The H&M store will be a great addition to Canal Walk’s retail mix and is the third H&M store in the Hyprop SA portfolio”.
