Propstats indicates a growth of 15% in the average selling price of homes in Imhoff’s Gift over the past twelve months, when compared to the previous twelve months.
There are 152 properties in Imhoff’s Gift. Here, homes with three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms range in price from R2.5 million to R4.5 million, or higher in the case of certain waterfront properties.
“People are drawn to the area for a variety of reasons; it’s secure, it’s tranquil, you’re on nature’s doorstep, all the homes are north facing with views of Lake, mountain and sea and the beach is a short drive away,” says Jeremy Barnes, head of South Peninsula and surrounds.
