Limpopo to welcome new regional shopping centre, Groblersdal Mall in 2017

Groblersdal Mall will introduce an exciting line-up of exceptional retail when it opens in the Limpopo town of Groblersdal in 26 October this year. The new regional shopping centre will provide 30,000sqm of leading retail in nearly 100 new stores.

Groblersdal Mall being developed by Twin City Development, a leading property development and investment company focused on retail projects, with the innovative leasing services of Retail Network and, rounding out this powerful partnership, the design of Leon Jacobs Architects.

Situated just north of the scenic Loskop Dam, Groblersdal is a farming town in the heart of the Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality, which is home to around 250,000 people.  The fresh and modern centre will be conveniently located adjacent to the Groblersdal CBD with easy and convenient access from the R25 and with direct links to public transport amenities – bringing quality shopping right to the doorsteps of local residents.

The mall’s first phase will act as the catalyst for a bigger development node. Later phases are set to include further commercial property development, added-convenience retail as well as a hotel and offices, making it a true mixed-use development with facilities not currently available in Groblersdal.

Besides the extensive food variety from its anchors, Groblersdal Mall will also offer Roots Butchery, Debonairs, Yellowstone Creek  Spur, Wimpy, Chicken Licken Fly Thru, Milky Lane, Tops at Spar, Pick n Pay Liquor, and King Pie.

Groblersdal Mall will also have a great range of convenient banking from African Bank, Old Mutual, Nedbank, FNB, Absa and Capitec Bank. It also has the business services of Postnet. Pep Cell, NR Cell Clinix, Vodacom and MTN to keep shoppers connected and they call also enjoy the latest from Gadget Master and Media Store.

In the health and beauty category, shoppers can look forward to popular brands Clicks, Spec-Savers, Medizone, Arthur Ford Superior perfumes and personal care products, Alera Hair, Sedglo Hair, and Kubjane Optometrist.

For the home, the tenants will offer the choice of Mr Price Home, Sheet Street, Pep Home, Bradlows and Railway Furniture. There’s also great value from The Crazy Store.

Groblersdal Mall’s specialist retailers include Premier Veterinary Solutions, Betta Bets, and for cars there’s AutoZone and Sparking Auto.
