Avignon’s last remaining plots on the market

Avignon Security Estate
One of the two plots made available for sale at the Avignon Estate in Hout Bay. These are some of the very few tracts of land still undeveloped at Hout Bay and being in a security estate are considered to be particularly valuable.

After many years of being unoccupied and allowed to become covered with natural vegetation including several large trees, two plots that were originally part of the old Bethel Farm, on which the Avignon security estate in Hout Bay was developed, have been zoned and are for sale through Cape Waterfront Estates. These are the last remaining vacant plots to be made available at Avignon.

The plots cover 1194m2 and 1006m2 and are both priced at R3,3 million.
