3 Mona Crescent in Cape Town boasts latest eco-friendly specifications

New development, 3 Mona Crescent, comprises of nine freestanding, freehold homes in Newlands, in Cape Town. Marketed by Jawitz Properties, the development boasts the latest eco-friendly specifications and is selling on a plot and plan basis. Sized between 251m2 and 304m2, homes are priced between R7 950 000 and R10 500 000 inclusive of VAT. “As the homes will be bought directly from the developer, Classico, transfer duty will not apply,” says Clint Southwood of Jawitz Properties Southern Suburbs.

Designed by architect Justin Hervey from Raubenheimer Hervey and Associates, 3 Mona Crescent features remote controlled access, electric fencing, CCTV cameras, and security guard quarters.
