Buyers flock to Ballito for the secure lifestyle

There are two types of buyers in the Ballito area; those looking to live within an estate and those who are not. One matter that brings all property buyer types together is the search for a home or an investment that offers security. With gated estates offering ample security, more and more people, especially young families and the mature market, are opting to buy these types of homes as opposed to the traditional standalone ones.

Ballito was once a popular holiday destination, but now it has fast become the place to live, with an estimate of 30 families moving to Ballito per month.
