Almost a year ago Trinity Projects and Uvest Property Group announced a turnkey Country Homes deal at Sitari Country Estate near Somerset West, which established Trinity Projects as the accredited provider of the turnkey Country Homes at Sitari. These large, freestanding single residential Country Homes are in addition to Sitari’s offerings of serviced stands, luxury apartments and Village Homes.
All of the Country Homes offer three (a few have four) bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a double garage. They are sized from 187 m2 to 236 m2, and are set on plots of 450 m2 to 460 m2. Each home is predesigned by Trinity and BPAS Architecture and allocated to specific erven to form a cohesive streetscape as well as complying with the stringent Sitari architectural and urban planning guidelines
Fittings and finishes are of the high standard synonymous with Sitari Country Estate, and include Grohe taps, Geberit sanitaryware, engineered stone counter-tops, aluminium windows and sliding doors, gas fireplaces, large-format porcelain tiles, laminated flooring in bedrooms, a solar energy geyser, Elite roof tiles, automatic garage doors, and landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation.

Prices of the Phase 3 Trinity Projects turnkey Country Homes start at R2.965m for a 200 m2 3-bed home to R3.4m for the limited number of 4-bed 236 m2 freestanding homes. All prices include VAT. The homes are developed on a turnkey basis with registration on completion. They appeal especially to larger families who require more space and a hassle-free building experience.
