New sectional title offices set to launch in Craighall Park, to be named One10, offer a great investment opportunity that is well located close to Johannesburg’s major business hubs and a wide selection of amenities.
To be housed inside the secure Hacklebrooke estate in Craighall Park, the 4200m2 of sectional title office space, which will be configured over three blocks, will be available at exceptionally reasonable prices. This is according to Chris Renecle, MD of Renprop, which is developing the scheme.
Renecle says that One10 will offer sectional title offices ranging in size from 120m2 – 4200m2 at approximately R22 000/square metre. If so required, the three blocks can be consolidated to create one large space.

This initiative covers approximately 3km of the Braamfontein Spruit and surrounding park area along the Blairgowrie Border – from the Jan Smuts Avenue Bridge up to the intersection of Blairgowrie Drive/Bantam Drive and beyond. It involves removing all the litter in the river beds and surrounding park area, trimming trees along the river banks and removing alien vegetation where appropriate.
Renecle says that the buildings at One10 will be equipped with lifts as well as fibre to the buildings ensuring a reliable, high speed internet access. Five parking bays will be allocated to each 100m2 of office space.
It is anticipated the sectional title offices at One10 will be available for occupation at the end of 2017.
