Buh-Rein Estate launches two more top accommodation and investment options

CEO of MSP, Riaan Roos, is the visionary behind the impressive new suburb of Buh-Rein Estate currently taking shape in the Northern reaches of Cape Town. The heart of his vision was to create a safe suburb that fulfills all the needs of any family. He describes two of the latest developments recently released within Buh-rein Estate that epitomize just this.

The new development Seville with just 31 luxurious single residential townhouses is really a place where a family can settle down, and also a great investment opportunity. Prices range from R1 399 900 to R1 999 900, and the townhouses are almost complete and ready to view.

Each spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a separate scullery and one or two garages plus your own private garden. A built-in braai and patio area give them that truly South African, homely feel.

Prices for the three different types of units in Seville all include VAT (transfer duty), and transfer and bond registration costs, and no deposit is required. Type A units of 120 m2 in size are priced from R1 399 900, while type B units are 151.5 m2 in extent and include an extra garage, and priced from R1 899 900. Type C units also feature a double garage and are sized at 157.5 m2 and priced from R1 999 900.

Fittings and finishes include granite kitchen tops, mosaic splash-backs, and a gas hob. The townhouses are tiled throughout with aluminium edging for a modern look and feel, and easy cleaning. Open-volume ceilings add to a feeling of space.

Ten of Seville’s townhouses have already been sold, and they are proving popular with both younger professional couples and those looking to scale down. The on-site agents are on duty every day from 09:00 to 18:00 at the sales office next to the Buh-Rein Lifestyle Centre. Seville is wonderfully situated just around the corner from the Lifestyle Centre, which includes a swimming pool and kiddies’ play area, with a restaurant and snack bar set to open soon.

The next new offering is Vida Nova, with a contemporary cascade design and a choice of 139 apartments. Vida Nova is bordered by a greenbelt along the east, with magnificent views of the Boland mountain ranges.
