On Friday the 15th of April the newly completed Pinelands Grove Retirement Village in Sunset Road Pinelands was officially opened at a cocktail function on the venue.
Pinelands Grove is the fifth retirement facility in Pinelands and is also under the management of CPOA.
The modern complex with all the facilities imaginable offers luxurious accommodation from the studios apartments of 20m² at R495 000 right up to the newly released 3 bedroom units.
The emphasis is based on independent living and residents are free to come and go as they wish. The Care Centre is currently in the final stages of being completed and will be operational from 01 July 2016. In the meantime, basic care services are being provide on-site for the residents.
