Knight Frank’s Global Residential Cities Index takes their Global House Price Index one step further, tracking mainstream residential prices on a city rather than country basis. The new index covers 165 of the world’s key urban residential markets. Kate Everett-Allen analyses the index’s inaugural set of results.
