SA real estate group Chas Everitt International has been named as the Most Innovative Brokerage in the World out of more than 500 companies that are members of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) network in 54 countries.
This global award was presented at an awards gala recently held in Miami Beach at the end of the 2016 LeadingRE conference week, which was attended by some 2500 top real estate professionals from 25 countries.
According to LeadingRE President and CEO Pam O’Connor, the Most Innovative Brokerage award is presented annually to the LeadingRE member brokerage that has made an extraordinary difference for their company and their business community through a major initiative that is new and different, or that applies new strategies to an existing challenge.

What is more, the honours for Chas Everitt International did not stop there. It also earned the global first place award for Luxury Portfolio Marketing, signifying excellence in luxury real estate marketing and exemplary incorporation of the Luxury Portfolio International® brand.
Luxury Portfolio International® is a specialist program within LeadingRE that enables member brokerages to showcase ultra-luxury real estate in their own countries to a worldwide audience of three-million high net worth individuals. It accounts for more than US$44-billion worth of sales a year.
Chas Everitt International won the Top Luxury Portfolio Marketing Brokerage in the World award based on its establishment of a whole new Luxury Portfolio Division within a year of joining the program, and on the creativity, quality and effectiveness of its luxury real estate marketing campaigns, according to O’Connor.
