FWJK is the developer of the new 22 storey KPMG Tower on the Foreshore of Cape Town.
The excavation for the deepest basement ever undertaken on Cape Town’s reclaimed Foreshore precinct is now complete at a depth of 15m below road level, according to Craig Armstrong of FWJK, responsible for developing the new KPMG Place office tower for Ducatus Property Holdings.
The basement construction was designed and undertaken by Franki Africa and the lateral support walls now hold back the ocean for a depth of 11m. Construction work on the twenty two storey office tower by NMC has begun and will be complete at the end of 2017.
