The release of the first few parcels of land in Sibaya – in the prime KwaZulu-Natal North Coast region – by Tongaat Hulett Developments, has been met with much anticipation and excitement. Local developers have put their hats in the ring, and the market is eagerly awaiting the outcome of the first phases of this development.
