The Africa & Arabia Property Awards forms part of the International Property Awards – the world’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme. Worldwide, the 2015 International Property Awards has received more than 2000 entries from over 110 countries this year.
In its quest to discover the best developers in Africa, the International Property Awards in London invited development companies to present their finest work during the African and Arabia
Property Awards. Hundreds of entries were received from 25 countries across the regions of Africa and Arabia.
The Africa & Arabia Property Awards were judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness and Lord Best, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
FEENSTRA GROUP (PTY) LTD has been awarded three 5 Star African Property Awards as announced during the event ceremony held at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai on Thursday, November 12th, 2015. Feenstra’s winning categories were: Property Single Unit, Residential High- Rise Development and Residential Renovation / Redevelopment – for the following projects:
Menlyn Learning Hub (Property Single Unit), Studios @ Burnett in conjunction with Costa Zervas Projects (Residential High-Rise Development) and Festival Edge in conjunction with MidCity Property
Services (Pty) Ltd (Residential Renovation / Redevelopment) projects.
By achieving these 5 star awards, Feenstra Group will go forward to represent Africa in the 2015-2016 International Property Awards in London on December 7 against other regional winners from Arabia, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, USA, Central & South America, the UK and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. , 2015 whereby Feenstra Group will compete against other regional winners from Arabia, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, USA, Central & South America, the UK and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
