Brief – Pivotal Fund – Results of the accelerated book build

Pivotal Fund Limited has successfully raised R600 million by placing 31 578 948 new Pivotal shares equating to R19 per share.

The proceeds of the equity raise will be used to partially fund the company’s future development and extension pipeline, as well as potential acquisitions, if acceptable terms are concluded.
