In the 3rd quarter 2015 FNB Estate Agent Survey, their sample of estate agents surveyed appear to have started to point to a more noticeable slowing in activity levels in the residential market. On a year-on-year basis, the FNB Estate Agent Activity rating declined by -7.4%, well down from a high of 12.2% growth in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
