Izak is a Chartered Accountant and the co-founder of Dipula. He previously worked at Deloitte and at PSG Investment Bank. After a short period at a boutique structured finance and Asset Management Company in Cape Town, he co-founded the Mergence Group which is involved in asset management, property and equity derivative structuring and broking. Izak has served (and continues to serve) as an executive committee member of various industry bodies. He currently holds directorships in various Mergence-related companies. .
