David Rice was appointed to Redefines board in August 2009 and subsequently became Chief Operating Officer in March 2011. He was Managing Director of ApexHi Properties Limited from 2006 until the merger of Redefine, ApexHi and Madison Property Fund Managers Holdings Limited. He is responsible for all aspects of the asset and property management of the business which includes the general administration of the property portfolio. He has more than thirty years experience in the property industry. .
