Daves career started at Abcon Construction in 1989 and in 1995, he joined the company as project manager. He was appointed director of Abcon in 1997 and managing director in 1998. He has been involved in all aspects of Abland becoming a national property development company in the industrial, commercial and retail sectors. He is currently serving as group chief executive officer. He was integrally involved with the formation of the Pivotal Fund. .
