After graduating at the University of South Africa in 1986, Charles started his career at Deloitte. He has 24 years experience in the construction industry and he has enjoyed a number of directorships across a board spectrum of disciplines. Charles joined WBHO in June 2010 as the Financial Director of WBHO Construction (Pty) Ltd. He was appointed as group CFO and to the board of Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited in 2011.
