Every now and then, says Lizette Joubert, the Rawson Property Group’s franchisee for Paarl, a property will come onto the market that is quite exceptional – and one such, she believes, is a five bedroom, four bathroom, 571 m2 family home right in the middle of Paarl but also on high ground on the east facing slopes of Paarlberg.
