Broll comments in response to the article on Shell House:
“We act on the instructions and mandates of the property owner, Dakawa Properties. Broll is cognisant of the current challenges of Shell House and these have been brought to the attention of the property owners and so they are fully aware of what is happening.
Regarding vacancies, Broll actively manages the retail component located on the ground floor of the building. As the property owners have taken a strategic decision to mothball the balance of the building until further notice, Broll is not attempting to fill such vacancies.”
